Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Traino and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant the license described above.
The App is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that physical exercise can be strenuous and may cause injury. You agree to use the App at your own risk and to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traino, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the App's account settings.
